Use Leo, support history and offered confirmations
Use the Help page, a genuine support link or the support controls available in your account. When Leo is offered, choose the intended conversation or start a new one and describe your question without sensitive information.
Open your authorized support history to read the messages for your request. Use refresh, retry or a history export only when offered. If a reply fails, retry that turn rather than assuming the request has been resolved. You can use the Support Agent option when further help is needed; closing the chat window does not resolve the case.
If an account-change proposal is offered, read its exact scope before selecting its confirmation checkbox. Confirm only the change you want, or decline it. Use Undo only when that option is offered, then check the affected setting. A conversation message alone is not proof that a change was completed.
Leo provides guidance; it cannot issue refunds, move money, approve identity documents, delete accounts or bypass permissions. Any listing suggestions or drafts still need your review and an explicit publishing action. Never share passwords, authentication codes or financial details in chat.
