Understand what account closure removes and retains

Deleting your account clears your name, email, phone number and address from your profile and deletes your marketplace messages and favourites. Booking and payment history and some security records are retained and may still be linked to your former account. Save any records you need and check ongoing bookings, refunds and payouts first—account closure does not guarantee that every obligation is settled or a refund has reached your bank.
