Check an unclear payment without paying twice

After an interrupted payment return or an unclear result, open the original booking's details. If the result is paid, processing, pending or unclear, do not submit another payment, switch methods to retry or repeat card setup. Keep the same booking and ask support to investigate before attempting another charge.

A bank debit, closed PayPal window, completed approval screen or return URL alone does not establish the final booking state. Card saved, Card on file and PayPal linked describe payment-method setup, not proof that the rental has been paid.

If a secure bank-authentication or PayPal approval screen is still waiting for you, complete it yourself and return to the original booking. Never share authentication codes or ask another person to approve or pay on your behalf through support.

Continue the original email or chat when the result remains unclear. Describe only the screen or step, non-sensitive error wording and whether you used Android, iPhone or a browser. Remove personal and financial information. Do not provide card digits, payment-account details, receipts, amounts, transaction identifiers, passwords or codes. General explanation does not require an ownership check; private transaction inspection still requires email ownership verification. A support discussion is not confirmation that money was captured, refunded or a payment was fixed.

PayPal or my card returned an unclear result. Should I pay again?

Frequently asked questions

No—not while the result is pending, processing or uncertain. Check the original booking and continue the same support conversation. A bank debit or approval screen alone does not confirm the booking's final payment state, and saving a payment method does not pay for a rental. Do not share financial details, receipts, passwords or authentication codes.
