Confirm email ownership for a support request
Who and before: The intended account/email owner receiving a genuine support verification link.
Start: The verification button in the existing support email thread.
Steps:
1. Open it privately. Sign in if asked and check the account shown.
2. If it is the wrong account, choose the offered switch-account action before proceeding.
3. Read the email-ownership statement, check the confirmation and confirm.
4. After success, return to the original email thread. You do not need to submit the same problem in a new form or start a new chat.
Result and check: The original request's ownership is confirmed and handling can resume.
Limits and recovery: This is not an identity-document review or permission for all account/financial actions. If expired, used or mismatched, follow the safe message and reply to the original thread for a new valid path. Do not forward verification links or send OTPs/ID files to Leo. Confirmation is not proof the underlying issue was fixed.
