Life4Rent is a global rental platform that allows users to rent and list items securely. We provide the technology, payment systems, and optional protection plans to help you transact safely. Life4Rent does not own, manage, or guarantee the condition of any items or properties listed on the platform. Each user (renter or owner) is responsible for their listings, items, and compliance with local laws. By using Life4Rent, you agree to follow the rules below and accept that the platform is provided "as is" without liability for transactions between users.

This User Agreement governs your use of the Life4Rent web and mobile platforms operated by Brohf Software OÜ. "User" means any individual or business accessing the platform to rent or list items. "Owner" refers to the party offering an item for rent. "Renter" refers to the party renting an item.

Users must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information during registration. All users must complete verification (KYC) before listing or renting. The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or applicable law.

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, descriptions, and prices. The platform serves only as a facilitator and is not a contracting party in any rental transaction. Owners must ensure their items are safe, functional, and legally compliant. Renters must return items in the same condition as received.

Payments are processed via third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, or others). Life4Rent does not store payment data and acts only as an intermediary. Funds are held in escrow until the rental period ends or as otherwise defined. Life4Rent is not a bank and assumes no financial liability for disputes between users.

Life4Rent Protect is an optional protection plan (not an insurance policy) that may be available for certain rentals. Coverage and claims are governed by Life4Rent's protection plan terms. Life4Rent provides verification tools but does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party verifications.

Life4Rent provides a digital platform "as is." The company makes no warranty regarding the accuracy of listings, availability, or condition of items. Brohf Software OÜ is not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential loss, damage, theft, or injury arising from rentals or use of the platform. Users transact at their own risk.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brohf Software OÜ, its affiliates, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of their use of the platform, including but not limited to disputes, negligence, or violation of law.

The company may terminate access or remove listings at any time for breach of this Agreement or misuse of the platform. Users may close their accounts by submitting a written request to support@life4rent.com.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tallinn, Estonia, and applicable EU law.

By clicking "I Agree" or continuing to use the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy.

Users are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations arising from their use of the platform, including but not limited to income tax, value-added tax (VAT), sales tax, or any other applicable taxes in their jurisdiction. Life4Rent does not provide tax advice and does not withhold or remit taxes on behalf of users. Users are encouraged to consult with a qualified tax professional regarding their individual obligations.

The Life4Rent Influencer Program is an invitation-only referral program. Participation requires submitting an application and receiving approval from Life4Rent. By participating, you agree to the following terms:

Eligibility and Conduct. Influencers must maintain active, genuine social media accounts and promote Life4Rent in a truthful, non-misleading manner. Self-referrals, fake accounts, spam, or any form of artificial inflation of referral activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of all unpaid earnings.

Earnings and Payouts. Influencers earn rewards when referred users create listings that meet Life4Rent's quality standards. Reward amounts, per-user caps, overall earning caps, hold periods, and minimum withdrawal thresholds are set by Life4Rent and may be changed at any time with reasonable notice. Earnings are not guaranteed and are subject to verification. Payouts are processed via Stripe or PayPal at Life4Rent's discretion.

Content Standards. All promotional content must comply with applicable advertising laws, including disclosure requirements (e.g., FTC guidelines, EU transparency rules). Influencers must clearly disclose their relationship with Life4Rent in all promotional content. Life4Rent is not responsible for content created by influencers.

Modification and Termination. Life4Rent reserves the right to modify program terms, reward structures, or terminate the program entirely at any time. Life4Rent may suspend or remove any influencer for violation of these terms, platform policies, or at its sole discretion. Upon termination, any pending earnings below the minimum withdrawal threshold are forfeited.

Tax Responsibility. Influencer earnings may constitute taxable income. Influencers are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on their earnings. Life4Rent does not provide tax advice and may be required to report earnings to tax authorities where applicable.

Limitation of Liability. Life4Rent's total liability to any influencer under this program shall not exceed the total amount of verified earnings paid to that influencer. The program is provided "as is" and Life4Rent makes no guarantees regarding earning potential.

Käesolev kasutusleping reguleerib Life4Rent platvormi kasutamist, mida haldab Brohf Software OÜ. 'Kasutaja' tähistab iga isikut või ettevõtet, kes pääseb platvormile juurde, et rentida või loetleda esemeid. 'Omanik' on isik, kes pakub eset rendiks. 'Rentnik' on isik, kes eseme rendib.

Kasutaja peab olema vähemalt 18-aastane ja esitama registreerimisel täpset teavet. Kõik kasutajad peavad enne loetlemist või rentimist läbima isikusamasuse kontrolli (KYC). Ettevõttel on õigus peatada või lõpetada kontod, mis rikuvad neid tingimusi või kehtivaid seadusi.

Kasutaja vastutab täielikult oma loetletud esemete, kirjelduse ja hinna täpsuse eest. Platvorm toimib ainult vahendajana ning ei ole ühegi rendilepingu osapooleks. Omanik peab tagama, et tema ese on ohutu ja töökorras. Rentnik peab eseme tagastama samas seisukorras, nagu see saadi.

Makseid töödeldakse kolmandate osapoolte kaudu (nt Stripe, PayPal või teised). Life4Rent ei salvesta makseandmeid ja tegutseb ainult vahendajana. Raha hoitakse usalduskontol kuni rendiperioodi lõpuni või muul kokkulepitud viisil. Life4Rent ei ole pank ega vastuta kasutajatevaheliste vaidluste eest.

Life4Rent Protect on valikuline kaitseplaan (mitte kindlustusleping), mis võib olla saadaval teatud rendilepingute puhul. Katvus ja nõuete esitamine toimuvad Life4Rent'i kaitseplaani tingimuste alusel. Life4Rent pakub isikusamasuse kontrollimise tööriistu, kuid ei garanteeri nende täpsust.

Life4Rent pakub digitaalset platvormi põhimõttel 'nagu on'. Ettevõte ei garanteeri loetelude täpsust ega esemete seisukorda. Brohf Software OÜ ei vastuta otsese, kaudse ega juhusliku kahju eest, mis tekib renditehingutest või platvormi kasutamisest.

Kasutaja nõustub hüvitama ja kaitsma Brohf Software OÜ-d, selle sidusettevõtteid ja töötajaid mis tahes nõuete või kahjude eest, mis tulenevad platvormi kasutamisest, sealhulgas hooletusest või seaduse rikkumisest.

Ettevõttel on õigus konto peatada või kustutada, kui kasutaja rikub käesolevat lepingut. Kasutaja võib oma konto sulgeda, saates taotluse e-postiga aadressile support@life4rent.com.

Käesolev leping allub Eesti Vabariigi seadustele. Kõik vaidlused lahendatakse Eesti kohtutes Tallinnas ning kohaldatakse Euroopa Liidu õigust.

Klõpsates nupul 'Nõustun' või jätkates platvormi kasutamist, kinnitate, et olete lugenud, mõistnud ja nõustunud käesoleva kasutuslepinguga ning privaatsuspoliitikaga.

Kasutajad vastutavad ainuisikuliselt kõigi maksukohustuste kindlaksmääramise ja täitmise eest, mis tulenevad platvormi kasutamisest, sealhulgas tulumaks, käibemaks (KM), müügimaks või muud kohaldatavad maksud nende jurisdiktsioonis. Life4Rent ei paku maksunõustamist ega pea kinni ega kanna kasutajate nimel makse üle. Kasutajatel soovitatakse konsulteerida kvalifitseeritud maksuspetsialistiga oma individuaalsete kohustuste osas.
