Life4Rent operates solely as a digital marketplace platform connecting renters and owners. We are NOT:

• A party to rental agreements between users
• The owner, manager, or lessor of any listed items
• Responsible for the condition, safety, or legality of items
• A guarantor of transaction completion or item availability
• An insurance provider or financial institution

Owners are solely responsible for:

• Accuracy of listings, descriptions, and pricing
• Ensuring items are safe, functional, and legally compliant
• Maintaining proper insurance coverage where required
• Compliance with local rental laws and regulations

Renters are solely responsible for:

• Inspecting items before accepting delivery
• Using items safely and in accordance with owner instructions
• Returning items in the same condition as received
• Reporting damage or issues promptly

Life4Rent provides the platform "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of listings
• Availability or uninterrupted access to the platform
• Quality, safety, or legality of items listed
• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights

Brohf Software OÜ and its affiliates shall NOT be liable for:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Personal injury, property damage, or theft
• Disputes between users (renters and owners)
• Payment failures or escrow-related issues
• Third-party service failures (payment processors, protection providers)
• Unauthorized access to user accounts

Maximum liability: In no event shall our total liability exceed the fees paid by you to Life4Rent in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Life4Rent Protect is an optional protection plan, not an insurance policy. Life4Rent does not provide insurance and makes no guarantees regarding:

• Availability of protection plans in your region
• Coverage limits or claim approval
• Processing time for claims

Users are encouraged to review protection plan terms carefully and maintain their own insurance coverage where appropriate.

Payments are processed through third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal). Life4Rent:

• Does NOT store payment card information
• Is NOT a bank or financial institution
• Cannot guarantee escrow fund availability in case of provider insolvency
• Is NOT liable for payment processing errors or delays

Escrow funds are held by payment providers, not Life4Rent. Release of funds is automated based on rental completion or as defined in our User Agreement.

While we provide verification tools (e.g., identity verification, address verification), we:

• Do NOT guarantee the accuracy of third-party verification results
• Cannot prevent fraudulent activity despite verification measures
• Are NOT liable for identity theft or misrepresentation by users

Users should exercise their own due diligence before engaging in transactions.

Life4Rent is not liable for failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, wars, pandemics, government actions, power outages, internet failures, or third-party service disruptions.

Life4Rent may provide mediation services for disputes between users, but:

• We are NOT arbitrators or legal advisors
• Our decisions are recommendations, not binding rulings
• Users remain responsible for resolving disputes directly or through legal channels

IMPORTANT: All protections and dispute resolution services apply ONLY to transactions completed through Life4Rent's secure payment system.

Off-platform payments (cash, direct bank transfers, personal PayPal, etc.) result in the complete loss of:

• Dispute resolution and mediation services
• Life4Rent Protect coverage for damages or theft
• Escrow protection and secure fund holding
• Rent-to-buy credit tracking and purchase discounts
• Refund eligibility for cancelled transactions
• Platform support for transaction-related issues

Life4Rent explicitly disclaims all liability for losses, damages, fraud, or disputes arising from transactions conducted outside our platform, regardless of whether the transaction was initiated through Life4Rent listings.

Users who accept off-platform payment requests do so at their own risk. We strongly recommend reporting any requests for off-platform payments as potential fraud.

By using Life4Rent, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood this Disclaimer
• You accept all risks associated with rental transactions
• You will not hold Life4Rent liable for losses arising from platform use
• You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws
