Email, phone, identity and payout verification are separate checks. Check your profile and the requirements shown for your intended action. A badge describes a completed check, not a guarantee about the person or item.
Open Profile and expand Verification to see your email, phone, identity, address and driving-license checks where applicable. Follow the prompts for the specific check you need and read its individual status. Email verification does not automatically verify your identity or address. Submit documents only through the protected verification screen, not support chat. Pending means a decision has not yet been confirmed; Leo cannot approve your identity documents or promise a completion time.
