Save, restore and resolve listing drafts

Who and before: Anyone drafting a listing; account saving requires sign-in. Keep the device containing unsynced changes.
Start: Quick wizard > Save & Exit, or the full editor's draft/recovery message.
Steps:
1. Choose the displayed device or account save option. Wait for its actual save result; “saved on this device” does not mean saved to your account.
2. Return with the same account to resume. If local and account versions differ, inspect the choices before choosing one.
3. Use Restore other draft where offered to recover the alternative. Start Fresh/discard is deliberate removal of recoverable work, not troubleshooting.
4. If account recovery fails, use Retry account recovery or Retry save and retain the local text/photos.
Result and check: The intended fields and uploaded photos return; check the account-sync status separately from local saving.
Limits and recovery: Offline changes, unsent photos and a closing-page save attempt do not establish a cross-device save. Another tab can reject an outdated version; do not repeatedly overwrite it. Clearing app storage, signing into a different account or reinstalling can lose device-only work. Publication and saving a draft are separate actions.

Be aware that saving to a device does not guarantee that the draft is saved to your account across all devices.
