Supply taxpayer and property tax information

Owners are responsible for their applicable income-tax obligations. Transaction taxes, collection and reporting requirements can also apply and vary by jurisdiction. Check your quote and tax records; consult a qualified adviser for personal tax advice.

Who and before: Hosts/sellers asked to provide taxpayer information; use the dedicated protected form.
Start: Profile > Money & Tax or Payouts > Taxpayer information.
Steps:
1. Open Edit and choose Individual or Business.
2. Enter the legal identity, residence and tax information actually requested. Choose the appropriate displayed US form classification only when applicable.
3. Use Change for an existing masked tax ID if a correction is needed; do not assume a blank mask means nothing is stored.
4. For affected properties, open Details and supply the requested property address/cadastral reference. Use Where to find it for the relevant authority guidance.
5. Save, then inspect the status. Download the offered PDF/JSON copy if you need your submitted record.
Result and check: The saved fields/status reflect the submitted details.
Limits and recovery: This is not tax advice or proof an authority accepted a filing. Requirements vary by country and transaction history. Do not invent an exemption, legal number or retention period. If a secure form fails, retain your information privately and contact support—never place full tax IDs in public chat.
When reporting a display problem, give the page and a non-sensitive description, not your full tax ID.
