Buy a listing offered for direct sale
Rental release depends on completion, payment checks and unresolved issues. Direct purchases initiate seller-payout processing on QR-confirmed receipt after buyer inspection, subject to funding, provider and legal checks. Rental-to-purchase conversions have their own settlement process. Initiating payout does not mean money has reached a bank account.
Who and before: Eligible buyers viewing a listing with an actual Buy Now/for-sale choice.
Start: The listing's Buy Now control, or Search > Option to Buy.
Steps:
1. Read the item condition, sale price, inclusions, seller and fulfillment information.
2. Open the purchase dialog and review the current quote, including currency and any applicable charges.
3. Choose the displayed purchase/payment action and complete only the offered protected checkout.
4. Return to Purchases and verify the purchase/payment result before arranging handover.
Result and check: A purchase record exists with the actual payment and fulfillment status.
Limits and recovery: A sell-only listing need not have rental controls. Some categories/vehicles do not support direct sale. If the item is currently in your rental and the app directs you to that booking, use the safe conversion flow instead of creating a conflicting sale. Do not pay again after an uncertain provider result; ask support with the purchase reference.
