Capture rental condition evidence

Who and before: The participant requested by the booking's handover/evidence flow.
Start: The pickup/return scanner or renter return section > Capture Evidence Photos.
Steps:
1. Open the evidence dialog and allow camera access if using live capture.
2. Capture the requested views and describe/report the actual condition where the form asks.
3. Review previews, retake/remove poor images and submit the evidence through the dialog.
4. Return to the handover screen and complete its separate confirmation only when accurate.
Result and check: The evidence submission succeeds and the handover control recognizes any required evidence.
Limits and recovery: Evidence upload is not the same as a completed return, accepted claim or approved compensation. Do not include unrelated people, identity papers or private credentials. If uploads fail, retain original photos securely and use the offered retry; contact support before confirming a false condition.
