Apply booking credit and understand fees
Listing is free, with no general owner rental commission. The base renter service fee is 10% of the rental subtotal, with a minimum of 1 in the listing currency before applicable adjustments. Eligible promotions, loyalty adjustments and taxes may affect the quote. Direct sales have a separate 5% commission; optional paid services are separate. Review the full breakdown before confirming.
Promotions apply only while the specific campaign is active and its conditions are met. Check the current campaign status and terms. Listing counts and recorded award progress are different measures. Booking credit is not withdrawable cash; prior awards retain their applicable terms.
Who and before: Customers with eligible credit and a checkout that offers its application.
Start: Checkout's credit/price breakdown; Profile > Money & Tax > wallet for the displayed balance.
Steps:
1. Check whether the balance is booking credit or withdrawable earnings; they are not interchangeable.
2. Use the credit choice offered for the booking and inspect the amount applied, remaining payment and currency.
3. Continue only after the quote confirms the credit. If it covers the permitted total, follow the credit-completion result without creating another provider payment.
4. Reopen the booking and wallet to check the recorded use.
Result and check: The transaction shows the actual applied credit and any remaining funded amount.
