Review and pay the current rental quote
Listing is free, with no general owner rental commission. The base renter service fee is 10% of the rental subtotal, with a minimum of 1 in the listing currency before applicable adjustments. Eligible promotions, loyalty adjustments and taxes may affect the quote. Direct sales have a separate 5% commission; optional paid services are separate. Review the full breakdown before confirming.
Use the payment methods offered at checkout. Card payments through Stripe and PayPal may be available, depending on the transaction, country and provider eligibility. Website access does not guarantee payment or payout availability.
Who and before: The authorized renter/guest with the current payment action and a valid booking.
Start: My Bookings > View Details > Proceed to Payment, or the secure payment continuation supplied for that booking.
Steps:
1. Review dates, currency, rental price, discounts, service fee, taxes and any selected protection/delivery or credit lines.
2. Wait for the current quote. Use Retry quote if necessary, then review again; retry is not permission to submit automatically.
3. Choose an actually offered payment method. Enter card details only in the protected payment form, or complete PayPal's own approval screen.
4. Complete any provider authentication and return to Life4Rent. Wait for the processing result.
5. Reopen the booking to confirm its payment status and receipt.
Result and check: The booking shows confirmed funding/authorization or a clearly pending/failed result.
Limits and recovery: A bank debit, PayPal window closing or success URL alone does not establish the final booking state. Do not pay again while a result is uncertain. Capture a non-sensitive reference and contact support. Never send full card details, security codes or provider passwords in chat.
