Use community discussions and public testimonials
Who and before: Browsers can read; posting/voting uses the account permissions shown.
Start: Help Center > Community Forum, or a genuine testimonial/review invitation.
Steps:
1. In Community, search, filter by category and choose a sort/page, then open a thread.
2. To start a thread, sign in first, choose the new-thread action, category, title and body, then submit.
3. In a thread, use Reply, select a reply target if relevant, type and submit. Use the offered up/down vote controls deliberately.
4. For an invited site testimonial, open its specific form, select stars and enter title/comment/display details before Submit Review.
Result and check: The thread/reply/vote or testimonial submission reports its recorded result.
Limits and recovery: Community posts and site testimonials are not verified item or rental-peer reviews. Some community sign-in links are legacy; use the normal Sign In entry if redirected incorrectly. Do not put private case details in public posts. Submission/moderation does not guarantee publication.
