Declare or withdraw a home night-limit exemption

Who and before: A home host shown a night-limit card for an applicable location.
Start: My Listings > the affected home's night-limit/exemption card.
Steps:
1. Read the reported usage/limit and choose the exemption declaration action if appropriate.
2. Select the truthful reason and enter the requested explanation.
3. Upload/replace a supporting permit/licence/registration document using the card's protected form.
4. Choose Declare exemption and check its resulting status.
5. If an existing exemption no longer applies, use Withdraw where offered and read the updated result.
Result and check: The declaration/withdrawal is recorded with its actual review state.
Limits and recovery: Self-declaration is not proof of legal exemption or authority approval. Do not invent a threshold for an unknown city or assume a changed badge rewrites past stays. If the card is absent or wrong, verify the listing location and ask support; never upload the document publicly.
