Review tourist tax and download host tax reports
Owners are responsible for their applicable income-tax obligations. Transaction taxes, collection and reporting requirements can also apply and vary by jurisdiction. Check your quote and tax records; consult a qualified adviser for personal tax advice.
Who and before: Hosts with relevant listings/transactions; the report is not a substitute for professional tax advice.
Start: Payouts > tourist-tax link, or the affected listing's tourist-tax edit section.
Steps:
1. Open the host tourist-tax overview and choose the relevant year.
2. Review listing totals and open a listing for booking-level detail.
3. Use the displayed export/download action and open the resulting CSV/document to check year, currency and scope.
4. To correct current listing tax settings, choose Edit tax for / Open listing editor and save the supported fields.
5. For seller/earnings reports, use the year and download choices in the earnings/tax area when offered.
Result and check: A readable report is saved and any listing edit persists.
Limits and recovery: Tourist tax is distinct from the cancellation policy and host income tax. Changes do not prove that old transactions were recalculated or filed with authorities. A totals report does not necessarily contain traveller registration details, all personal data or every external fee. If download fails, retry through the protected control, not by guessing a file link.
