Read earnings, payout history and bank deposits
Rental payment release depends on the booking's completion, payment status and unresolved issues; a return QR scan does not itself guarantee immediate release. For a direct purchase, the buyer inspects the item before confirming receipt by QR, which initiates seller-payout processing immediately, subject to funding, payment-provider and legal checks. No rental-protection reporting period creates a new waiting period for that purchase. Rental-to-purchase conversions follow their own confirmed conversion and settlement process. Release, payout processing and arrival in a bank account are separate steps.
Who and before: The earning account holder with access to Payouts.
Start: Profile > Money & Tax > payout settings.
Steps:
1. Read the earnings and balance summary with its date range/currency.
2. Open Payout History for individual transfer/withdrawal status and reference.
3. Open Stripe bank deposits for the separate deposits from a connected Stripe balance to a bank.
4. Use a visible refresh/retry action if loading failed, then compare the status with your own provider/bank record.
Result and check: You can distinguish estimated/earned, held, available, processing, completed, failed and returned amounts where shown.
Limits and recovery: A booking payment, seller transfer and bank deposit are different events. A processing status is not receipt, and a later return can supersede an old success. No universal payout deadline is promised. Missing tax/verification or provider holds may need attention. Contact support with a non-sensitive reference; do not repeatedly withdraw an uncertain amount or ask Leo to move it.
