Configure booking conditions and cancellation policy
Who and before: Listing owners using the supported condition controls.
Start: Create/edit listing > Booking Conditions and policy settings; instant-book toggles may also appear in My Listings.
Steps:
1. Enable/configure duration limits in the units shown for the selected price. Review an explicit unit-change confirmation if you change pricing units.
2. For homes, set total capacity, minimum/maximum stay, arrival-weekday minimums and optional seasonal arrival-date overrides. Add/remove override rows deliberately.
3. Set notice, same-day cutoff, booking horizon, preparation nights and allowed arrival/departure weekdays if wanted.
4. Set the property's timezone and check-in/check-out times. Choose the offered cancellation policy and long-term policy; read its summary.
5. Set Instant Book deliberately. Save and reopen to verify, or remove optional conditions using the editor's reset/remove choice.
Result and check: Saved conditions appear on the listing and affect eligible new requests.
Limits and recovery: Weekly/monthly minimums retain their seven/thirty-day or night floors. Longer partial periods can be billed as full periods. Preparation nights are not manual blocks. Changing current settings does not rewrite an accepted booking. Invalid/overlapping conditions must be corrected rather than bypassed.
