Use quick navigation and accessible controls
Who and before: Anyone using the website or app; available controls depend on screen size.
Start: Desktop Quick search or Help Center.
Steps:
1. Open Quick search in the desktop header, or use the displayed keyboard shortcut, and choose a destination.
2. Use Tab to move through controls and Enter/Space to activate focused buttons where supported. Escape closes menus/dialogs that provide that behavior.
3. Use browser/device zoom and text settings as needed. Scroll inside long dialogs to reach their final actions.
4. If a control cannot be reached or read, contact support with the page, device, assistive technology and problem, without sensitive screenshots.
Result and check: You can reach the intended page and see which control has focus.
Limits and recovery: This is not a claim of complete accessibility certification. Mobile Search goes directly to listings rather than the desktop command palette. Hidden mobile scrollbar tracks do not mean scrolling is disabled. Preserve unsaved work before refreshing a stuck dialog.
