Inspect listing details and public reputation

Who and before: Anyone viewing an accessible listing.
Start: Open a listing card.
Steps:
1. Inspect photos; open the gallery and use its next/previous or space/room controls. Read the description, condition, features, amenities and transaction choices. A guide card marked “example” is informational, not a bookable listing; open the actual item before relying on a price.
2. For homes, inspect Where you'll sleep, room/bed details, capacity and rules. For services, read the offered service terms.
3. Read booking conditions, cancellation terms, price breakdown and public guide/rule summaries.
4. Open the owner's public profile for separate As owner and As renter feedback. Expand Item ratings for product knowledge, not proof of a completed rental.
Result and check: You understand what is offered before choosing dates or buying.
Limits and recovery: A verification badge, overall score, completeness indicator or promotional placement is not a safety or earnings guarantee. Public map pins can reveal an exact position even while the full written address remains protected. If critical details are unclear, message the owner before committing.
