Use dates, prices, maps and saved search criteria

Who and before: Everyone searching rental or sale listings. Dates and pricing units affect comparisons.
Start: Search > Filters and the price/map workspace.
Steps:
1. Select start/end dates and confirm the date range. For homes, set the actual party, including infants.
2. Set minimum/maximum budget and currency where shown; check whether the displayed price is per period or a dated total.
3. Use the offered sort, total-price display and map/results controls. On mobile, switch between map and results instead of expecting both full panels at once.
4. Move/zoom the map and use Search this area when offered. Check the chosen area/radius; moving the map alone need not apply a new search.
5. Use Option to Buy or Rent-to-Own to narrow transaction types. Clear saved filters when you want to remove retained criteria.
Result and check: The map, count, dates and results agree with the applied search.
Limits and recovery: Undated prices are not a checkout quote. Search dates do not reserve inventory. If a quote is unavailable, do not treat a displayed base rate as a final total; open the listing and request a current quote.
