Who and before: Owners/authorized hosts with accurate property and local registration information.
Start: Create/edit listing > Category > Homes & Stays.
Steps:
1. Choose property type, bedrooms and total guest capacity; complete adult/child/infant fields when shown.
2. Add real amenities and home spaces/beds/photos (L09).
3. Set allowed rental periods, check-in/out, timezone, booking conditions and cancellation policies (L07-L08).
4. Complete registration, exemption/application-pending and tourist-tax fields accurately. Add private instructions separately (L12).
5. Create/Save and inspect the listing.
Result and check: Property, capacity, rules and registration status reflect your entries.
Limits and recovery: Capacity includes infants; bedrooms are not the same as all rooms. Missing tax/registration data does not mean a legal exemption. Follow specific notices rather than inventing permit numbers. Correct validation or ask support if the relevant jurisdiction field is unavailable.
