Add business inventory in a queue or CSV import

Who and before: Business/partner accounts for which the inventory workspace is enabled.
Start: Business Partner onboarding > Add Your Listings / View All Listings.
Steps:
1. Set batch defaults where offered, then Add First Listing/Add More.
2. Enter each item's category, condition, pricing/currency, country/location, photos and description. Expand Advanced Options only for supported sale, rent-to-buy, delivery and rule fields.
3. Choose Add to Queue. Review queued items; Duplicate creates another draft, and Remove from queue removes that draft.
4. Alternatively choose Upload CSV File and follow the supplied format. Review validation/errors and resulting queue before publishing.
5. Choose View Queue & Publish, then Publish All when the batch is accurate.
6. Inspect View All Listings; use Needs confirmation and Review rental limits for legacy day-based limits, then save explicit intended limits.
Result and check: Each intended listing has its own creation/status result; check inventory, not just a batch toast.
Limits and recovery: Batch submission is not universal approval. Correct failed items without duplicating successful ones. Imported historic duration numbers do not automatically mean days. Missing partner access requires eligibility review, not a second account.

Frequently asked questions

Add inventory through the partner onboarding section, either manually or via CSV import. Batch submission does not guarantee universal approval, and you should review queued items before publishing. Ensure you save explicit limits for your listings, as historic duration numbers do not automatically set day-based rules. If you encounter errors, correct the failed items individually rather than creating duplicate accounts.
