Add a driving licence for vehicle rentals
Who and before: Customers using a vehicle rental that requires a licence; not a universal condition for browsing or all rentals.
Start: Profile > Verification > Enable Vehicle Rentals / driving-licence section, or the vehicle booking prompt.
Steps:
1. Open the licence section and select the applicable licence type.
2. Add the requested licence images through the protected uploader, checking that they are readable.
3. Choose Submit for Verification and inspect the status.
4. Where Update License is shown, reopen the upload step, replace the document and submit again.
Result and check: The licence has a separate submission/review status; approval is not inferred from identity verification.
Limits and recovery: Pending or rejected licences can prevent relevant vehicle bookings. Follow the precise requirement shown for the selected vehicle. If upload or status refresh fails, keep the original document safe and contact support through H01. Do not send licence images in ordinary chat.
