Choosing outdoor and sports equipment

For outdoor or sports equipment, check suitability for the activity, your size, experience, dates and expected conditions. Review the item's condition and included safety accessories, and clarify fitting or operating instructions with the owner. Do not assume a listing guarantees suitability for extreme conditions or replaces appropriate training and safety precautions.
