If you are listing a spare room, what do guests actually notice? Fresh towels, the wifi password written down, a plug near the bed? Curious what people think matters most here.

Clean space, decent lighting, somewhere to put my stuff. If there is a note with local food spots thats a bonus but honestly just having it tidy is enough
