Read pre#availability-result in the returned HTML, or follow the listing's application/json calendar-result link and read calendar_result. Both use the same calendar; the JSON representation has no JavaScript handoff. Check listingId, listingTitle, dates and guests against the chosen listing and request. A current checkedAt and available true or false provide the calendar result. An undated page, failed retrieval or different listing does not confirm the requested availability.
Report owner approval separately: available dates are not a reservation. Give the renter the returned normal listing/booking link, not the technical calendar page. If retrieval fails, report unknown and retain the exact attempted URL and any request reference.
