Free at least 5 days before the start; otherwise one billing unit (hour or half-day, as listed) plus 50% of the remainder.

Short bookings: free cancellation within 24 hours of booking when booked at least 7 days before the start.

The policy is saved when you book. Later listing changes do not affect existing bookings.

Mandatory rights remain available. Non-performance, exceptional events, excessive fees and any applicable cooling-off rights may require individual review; do not assume the displayed policy settles them.

The refundable deposit is held separately on your card, apart from rental charges.

Release follows the 7-day issue-reporting period after the rental is completed, and not before 7 days after its agreed end. Unresolved disputes or payment issues can delay release.

For longer rentals, the hold may be renewed or charged and refunded on release.

Part or all of the deposit may be kept for a validated damage claim.

Your bank may take longer to show a released hold or refund; timing varies.

This is NOT insurance. The Life4Rent Protection Plan is a discretionary user protection framework. Reimbursements are subject to admin review and approval. No reimbursement is guaranteed.
