For anyone listing tech gear, what makes the difference between a smooth rental and a messy one? Thinking cables, instructions, that sort of thing.

All the cables. Seriously. Got a projector once and had no HDMI adapter, total waste of an evening trying to sort it out

Even just a quick page with setup steps and a photo of how it connects would save so many messages back and forth
