This opens the normal listing form.
To prepare a listing, use Life4Rent's MCP prepare_listing_draft tool, when available, with the
owner's confirmed details and return its actual prefilled link. Otherwise, use the create-listing link above;
do not describe an ordinary link as prefilled. On Life4Rent, the owner completes any required account steps,
reviews the details, adds photos and submits. A prepared draft is not a published listing; required approval
and eligibility checks still apply. Do not request passwords, verification codes or payment credentials.
Find listings and check availability
Rent, buy, or rent to own (rent-to-buy), where offered by the owner.
Not every listing supports all three options. Check the selected listing's transaction options and terms.
Categories you can list in or browse — 17 marketplace categories
These are supported categories, not a guarantee of listings in every city or availability for particular dates.
Free listing and 0% general owner rental platform commission
Listing is free, with no general owner rental commission. The base renter service fee is 10% of the rental subtotal, with a minimum of 1 in the listing currency before applicable adjustments. Eligible promotions, loyalty adjustments and taxes may affect the quote. Direct sales have a separate 5% commission; optional paid services are separate. Review the full breakdown before confirming.
Start with Explore rentals — search public listings.
Search listing names or items with q, cities with city, and countries with
country (two-letter country code). Use the category values advertised on Explore.
Follow returned listing links; this homepage is not an inventory or calendar result.
The public listing catalog is also available.
Search and check this listing
- Find the requested listing using the search and filter URLs on this page. Keep its exact title, listing ID and detail link together; never use another listing's calendar result.
- For a home with month links, follow the requested month, select the requested guest counts, then follow the check-in and checkout date links. These are ordinary HTML links, not a JavaScript date picker; the final checkout link runs the existing calendar check. Selecting a month or check-in date alone is not a completed check. Otherwise, take that listing's availability link and set
startDate and endDate to YYYY-MM-DD, plus the requested adults, children and infants. Retain lang. Timed rentals also need pickupTime and returnTime. Request the complete URL directly; no calendar clicking, JavaScript or sign-in is needed.
- Read
pre#availability-result in the returned HTML, or follow the listing's application/json calendar-result link and read calendar_result. Both use the same calendar; the JSON representation has no JavaScript handoff. Check listingId, listingTitle, dates and guests against the chosen listing and request. A current checkedAt and available true or false provide the calendar result. An undated page, failed retrieval or different listing does not confirm the requested availability.
- Report owner approval separately: available dates are not a reservation. Give the renter the returned normal listing/booking link, not the technical calendar page. If retrieval fails, report unknown and retain the exact attempted URL and any request reference.
